Why Choose Angels?

Our Story

Angels Private Homecare was founded with a simple belief, that care at home should feel personal, compassionate and truly reassuring for both individuals and their families.

With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, our founder, a Consultant Geriatrician, recognised a gap in traditional home care. Families needed not only kind and reliable support, but also the confidence that comes from deeper clinical understanding. Angels was created to bring these two things together, combining warm, relationship-led care with professional, doctor-led oversight.

Our Values

Everything we do is guided by a clear set of values that shape the way we care:

Compassion in every interaction
Respect for each person’s independence and choices
Integrity in how we support families and communicate
Excellence in the standard of care we provide

We believe great care is not just about tasks, but about how people are made to feel, safe, valued and understood.

Our Approach to Care

No matter the level of support needed, our care is always tailored, thoughtful and responsive. From help with everyday tasks like shopping and meal preparation to full personal care and more complex support, we create care plans that are built around the individual.

With our doctor-led approach, we are able to look at the bigger picture, recognising changes early, adapting care as needs evolve, and ensuring support remains safe, consistent and effective.

Our aim is simple, to provide care that allows people to remain comfortably at home, with dignity, independence and peace of mind for those around them.

Our Mission Statement

“At Angels Private Homecare, our mission statement is to provide compassionate and reliable home health care services to our clients. We strive to improve their quality of life and help them maintain independence in the comfort of their own homes.”

The provision of high quality Services is the heart of our Philosophy of Care. Our services ensure we place the rights and well being of our Service users at the forefront of this Philosophy! Our team of caregivers have different areas of expertise to ensure their emotional and social well being and development.
