No, unlike some providers we can support you from as little as one hour per week. We feel that you should not be pressured into accepting more care than you require

To start services with us, you can call us on 01253 834003 and we will schedule an initial assessment with one of our Management team

No, as long as you contact our offices to inform us of your holiday or respite plans, we will simply hole care services until you are back home and ready to continue

No, in the the unfortunate event of being admitted into hospital we would not charge for any missed visits, after all this is not your fault and most likely out of your control.

We will after assessment introduce you to some our carers and see who you prefer, normally you will have only 3 or 4 carers depending on how many visits you require.
